For some reason a couple times in the middle-ish the video jumps a bit....and I have no idea why as it only happened in the upload to YouTube. *shrug*

It's been a while since I made an AMV. In fact, I haven't made one since back in the summer- before my computer crashed and the memory had to be swiped. Anywho, just recently I got the initiative to rip my Princess Tutu episodes for new video files. :) And, viola, I made this! The song is "The Plagues" from The Prince of Egypt. I apologize if it's not up-to-par, my AMV skills are bit rusty (from what I had built up that is).

"Edel" in German apparently has several meanings:

• noble, or noble-minded (this is the most oft seen meaning listed for her name)
  
• lofty
  
• precious

I've never seen the last one before, but this is a fairly reliable German dictionary so I don't think it's a fluke. Kinda interesting if you wonder about what Edel was in relation to Drosselmeyer, and the creator confirmed fact that Edel was created (presumably by Drosselmeyer?) from the wood of the Oak Tree. We know that the Oak Tree was deeply tied to the Spinners, and the world itself, and Drosselmeyer is defined by his Spinner abilities...or of course, it could be as some fanworks have portrayed, Edel being a recreation of an old lover of Drosselmeyer's. XP

So there is the final update... Over the past day we have processed around 11 million jobs out of the 12 million that were in queue at that time. Please bear in mind that over this past day, more jobs for notifications are also created. So while the queue has been dropping, we are still not fully caught up at this point, due to backlog and new jobs. We have roughly 3 million jobs still pending that involve the notification system in some manner. We had hoped we could have fully cleared the queue in a day, but unfortunately we can't clear it too quickly, since we need the rest of the site to operate normally. From our current perspective on the amount of jobs that are left in queue, and how many it has processed thus far, we believe it will take around another 8 - 12 hours to process everything.

I was wondering if anyone knows where I can find cute and sexy icons of Rue and Kraehe. I seem to have gone into a Rue phase and it's driving me insane that I can't find nice icons of her. So anyone know where I can get some icons?
